She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lee and Lela Dotson Saunders; and her husband Homer Dewey Routt. She is survived by: her children, Linda Melton, James Dewey Routt, Katherine Routt and Vickie Frazier; her siblings, Buff Saunders, Dory Poe and Evelyn Howard; her daughters, Brenda Sue Steinker and Carol Ann James; and her siblings, Damaree Saunders, Polly Gallagher and Divey Crawford. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
