He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Davis and Annie Overstreet Davis; his son Bryan Dale Davis; and his siblings, Vernon Davis, Deward Davis, Calvert Davis, Velma Mae Davis, Mildred Cochran, Etwell Davis and Faye Woodrum.
He is survived by: his spouse Melanee Simpson Davis; his sister Carol Vaughn of Liberty; his children, Adrian Davis (Julie) of Liberty, Michelle D. Davis of Liberty, Keturah Lunsford (John) of Hillsboro and Jessica Dickson (John) of Germantown; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Adam, Sadie, Logan, Gage, Avery, Zane and Jada; and his great grandchild Walker.
