He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Hartley and Julia Hartley (Kabler). He is survived by: his wife Carole Hartley (Moyer); his daughters, Gwendolyn Hartley Deen (Robert) of Altadena, CA and Kelly Hartley Wedding (Michael) of Louisville, KY; and his grandsons, Zachary Wedding and Matthew Wedding.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosemont Cemetery (2015 Johnson St, Dover, KY 41034).
