She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lewis and Maxine Lewis (Hyrne); her husband Clyde Wesley Johnson; her son Frisco Johnson; and her brother Donald Wayne Lewis.

She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Riley of Cynthiana, KY, Charlena Bevins (Kenny) of Vanceburg, KY and C. J. Johnson (April) of Brooksville, KY; and her siblings, Matt Lewis of Lewis County, James Lewis of Lewis County, John Lewis of Greenup County, Tom Lewis of Lewis County and Trina Aills of Lewis County. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
