He is survived by: his father David Carlie; his sister Teresia McDowell Stafford; his wife Carla McDowell (McCormick); his siblings, Denny, Doug, Dwayne, Dale McDowell and Tammy Bowen; his children, David Brian McDowell (Brianne), Chad McDowell (Marlena), Lorri Nash (Jon) and Morri Denham; and his grandchildren, Maddy, Kendra, Jake, Bailey, Braden, Carly, Luke, Jackson and Maxwell.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Palmer Funeral Home (10 Bridgeville Rd, Germantown, KY 41044). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
