He is survived by: his children, Jane Scott Offutt Hodges (Philip) of New Orleans and William Nelson Offutt (King); his siblings, Celeste Maury Offutt (Georgetown), Randolph Lyons Offutt, MD of Georgetown, KY, Mitchum Webb Offutt of New Orleans and Louis Lumaghi Frierson (Ruthie) of New Orleans; his brother-in-law Col. Frank Lloyd Tullis (Janet) of Williamsburg, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Jane Talley Hodges, Philip Nalty Hodges, Jr., William Nelson Offutt VI (Wilkes) and Emeline McLean Offutt.
