He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Dugger and Nellie Dugger (Hoskins); and his brothers-in-law, Dale Walker and Mike Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Dugger (Brewer); his children, Kirsten Firth (Dave), Joshua Dugger (Wendy) and Jacob Dugger; his grandchildren, Kaylie Dugger, Laurel Firth, Nicholas Firth and Allison Dugger; and his siblings, Clark "Hop" Dugger (Susie), Starla Walker, Bridgid Clemmons (Bobby), Dorenda Faulkner (Kerry), Belinda Smith (Randy) and Becky Waddle (Creston).
