Maynard; her sisters, Sara Castle and Mary Ingram; her grandchildren, Jessica Wells (Brian), Jack Sanders, Sam Showalter and Ellie Showalter; and her great grandchildren, Draven Tice and Braden Tice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
