Stephen Ford Southworth Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Ford Southworth (Georgetown, Kentucky), who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Frances Baldwin Southworth and Joel Burdin Southworth, Jr.; his brother Barry Southworth; and his siblings-in-law, Ron Southworth and Karen Southworth.

He is survived by: his wife Patti Southworth; his children, Joey Southworth (Amy) and Melanie Faircloth (Dustan) of Georgetown; his siblings, Jan Southworth (Rachel) of Sadieville, Bradley Southworth of Richmond and Amy Conley (Shane) of Georgetown; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Adams (Monty) and Bernice Southworth; his grandchildren, Madison Southworth (Dallas), Tanner Southworth, Trent Southworth, Abigail Hall (Nick) and Allie Faircloth; and his great grandchildren, Dani Marie Southworth and Jack Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
