Smith and Leeanna Rose Smith; her grandchildren, Alana, Lilly and Serenity Smith; her siblings, Vanessa Cook Bowen, John C. Cook and Roger Cook; and her stepmother Helga Biddle Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
