He is survived by: his wife Betty Bowman Hutchens; his daughters, Brittany Hutchens of Frankfort, Kentucky and Jennifer Estepp of Frankfort, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Brayden Hutchens, Triston Anderson, Madison Anderson, Gary Estepp III, Cameron Estepp and Drake Estepp; and his siblings, Luther Leroy Hutchens (Linda) of Lexington, Shirley Ann Power (Randy) of Georgetown, Linda Mae Gillispie of Georgetown and Joan Alice Wilson (Roger) of Grant County.
