He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Cummins and Lucy Bullock Cummins. He is survived by: his spouse Martin Cummins; his children, Matthew Aaron Cummins (Whitney), Elizabeth Ashley Alexander (Jacob Burton) and Molly Kaitlin Cummins (Adren Thompson); his siblings, Carol Ann Woodall, Jerry Makin and Charlie Makin; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Ray Alexander, Pyper Rae Alexander and Lainey Mae Cummins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gano Baptist Church (212 Bevins Ln, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
