He is survived by: his wife Janet Cain Hogg; his parents, Charles Hogg and Jeanette Baldwin Hogg; his sons, Phillip Hogg, Jr. (Jenny), Christopher Hogg (Sarah) and Andrew Hogg (Kristen); his sisters, Patty Roark (Hank) and Angie Smart (Brad); and his grandchildren, Nathan, Sadie, Bennett, Jayden, Silas and Luke.
