He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brumley and Nettie Marie Brumley; his wife Janice Brumley; and his siblings, Homer Brumley, Abraham Brumley, James Smith and Janie Grubb.
He is survived by: his caregiver Brenda Brumley; and his siblings, Michael Brumley, Mary Harrell, Rita Kay Branhan, Brammer Lay and Sharon Flannelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
