She was predeceased by: her spouse Marcum Collins; her parents, William Arthur "Henry" and Mazella Payne Rankin; and her siblings, Carl Bruce Rankin and Elizabeth Ann Murphy.

She is survived by: her children, Monica Collins (Gerald Wright), Mark Collins (Crystal), Richard Collins (Tracy Featherly) and Richmond; her grandchildren, Lexi Wright, Travis Wright, Stephanie Wright, Sarah Collins, William Collins, Justin Collins, Jordan Collins and Jayden Collins; her great grandchild Carter Wright; and her close friends, Jimmy Baxter and Tonya Willhoit.
