With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Opal Leoma Fightmaster (Georgetown, Kentucky), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 15, 2024 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon William Fightmaster; and her parents, Cora Mae Skaggs and Sanders. She is survived by: her children, Katie Carole Tiemann, Linda Lee Gillispie and Robert Keith Fightmaster (Renita); her grandchildren, Gordon Fightmaster, Amy Cook (Tom), Karen Lancaster (Keith) and Katie Sankbeil (David); her great grandchildren, Keith Fightmaster, Jonathan Fightmaster, Dakota "Koty" Ritchie, Elise Lancaster and Lillian "Lillie" Cook; her great great grandchildren, Karleigh, Kinsleigh, Lucas and Sam Fightmaster; her son-in-law Bobby Gillispie; and her close friends, Louise Burgess, Christine "Cricket" Gillispie and Ruby Proctor.
