He was predeceased by: his parent Arietta Switzer. He is survived by: his parent Norvel Davis; his children, Cary Cook, Michael Cook, Patricia Butcher, Cindy Neace, Gale Ingram and Jeanne Morrison; his stepdaughter Melissa Lewis; his sister Mary McCreary; and his stepsisters, Mae Wiley and Sue Ann Cook. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
