She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Melvin and Helen Virginia Baker (Biggs); her husband Carroll Lynwood Newbraugh; and her sister Joan Baker. She is survived by: her son Carroll Lynwood "Lynn" Newbraugh (Donna) of Georgetown; her granddaughters, Mary Cornell (Jason) of Sadieville, KY and Carol Newbraugh of Frankfort, KY; and her sisters, Sara Harman of Keyser and Lisa Baker of Keyser. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.
