She was predeceased by: her father James Timothy Phelps Sr.; her grandparents, Clarence Portman and Delena Fendley; and her stepgrandfather Bill Fendley. She is survived by: her mother Angela Evans; her siblings, Jamie Phelps (Rebecca Haubner) and Jody Eberly (Jacob); her nephew Austin Phelps; and her niece Brooklyn Irwin. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
