She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Fugate; and her grandparents, Creed, Bernice Fugate, Oakley and Josephine Turner.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew Fugate and Madison Martinez of Georgetown, KY; and her mother Una Faye Turner Fugate of Georgetown.
