With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Shupe Leger of Georgetown, Kentucky, born in Barbourville, Kentucky, who passed away on May 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Richard and Ada Pearl McDonald Shupe; her husband Glen Monroe Leger; her son George Edward "Eddie" Leger; and her siblings, Betty Burnett, Harold and Langdon Shupe.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Ray Leger (Teresa) of Clarksville, IN and Linda Leger Taylor (James "Jim") of Georgetown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
