It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Wayne Smith (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cloyd Smith; his stepmother Betty Smith; his father-in-law Daniel Cottongim; and his pet Buddy. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Smith (Cottongim); his mother Minnie Wombles (House); his son Colten Smith; his siblings, Phyllis Wombles, Edna Wombles and Grover Wombles; his mother-in-law Nancy Hubbard; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Sizemore (Bill) and Ollie Smith; and his pets, Karma, Jazzy and Cody.
