She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Walter Cook, Sr. and Marsha Grace Wells. She is survived by: her wife Wendy Stahlman; and her children, Jason Cook (Mel), James McQuoid, Ben McQuoid (Mackenzie) and Amy Vanelli (Randy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and brothers and sisters.
