He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Brawner (Sam) and J. N. "Skeeter" Johnson (Anita); his sister-in-law Betty Purvis; his nieces and nephews, Geni Jo Brawner, Anissa Jo Johnson, DeAnn Hardin (Ken), Carla Miles (Ken), Jerrill Johnson (Emily) and Hebbie Purvis (Cindy); and his aunt Marcella Simpson. He is also survived by great nieces, and great nephews, and cousins.
