He is survived by: his spouse Dianna Lynn Dawson; his children, Doug Dawson, Dottie Dawson, Sandy Brown and Jeff Brown; his grandchildren, Josh, Caitlin, Lindsay and Ryan; his brother William E.; his sister-in-law Sheila Dawson; his sister Lillian of Georgetown; and also Tucker of Georgetown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central Church of God Building Fund, 700 Clayton Ave., Georgetown, Kentucky 40324.
