He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Reed, Sr. and Anna Anderson Reed; his stepmother Josephine Watson Reed; his daughter Linda Karen Reed; his brothers, Weldon Reed and Maurice Reed; and his nephew Jeffery Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Doris June Bailey Reed; his children, Cheryl Gregory (Eric) and Michael Scott Reed (Leigh); his grandsons, Brian Winters (Heather), Justin Warner (Keiko), Alex Gregory (Kelsey), Matthew Gregory (Stacy), Tucker Reed, Jordan Reed (Asha) and Reese Reed; his great grandchild Ethan Winters; his nephew Allen Reed (Margaret); his great-nephew Brian Reed (Charity); his great-niece Lori Palmer (Joe); and also, Sawyer Reed and Reece Palmer.
