He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kendrick Lewis, Delean Lewis and Clixful Sparks. He is survived by: his parents, Kendrick Ray and Debra Ann Sparks Lewis; his children, Kendrick Dylan Lewis, Kaitlin T. Lewis (Connor Talbot) of Houston, TX and Madeline A. Buteyn (Thomas) of Paris, KY; his grandparents, Imajean and Tooney Easterling; his aunt Ida Lewis; his uncles, Jeff Sparks (Susan), Terry Lewis (Jeanne) and Jerry Lewis; and his friend Todd Joyce.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home (320 W Main St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 1733 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40504.
