Buteyn (Thomas) of Paris, KY; his grandparents, Imajean and Tooney Easterling; his aunt Ida Lewis; his uncles, Jeff Sparks (Susan), Terry Lewis (Jeanne) and Jerry Lewis; and his friend Todd Joyce.
