He is survived by: his significant other Stephanie Parish of Lexington, KY; his daughters, Allison Dawn Nowlin Freeman (Hunter) of Shelbyville, KY and Miranda Kylie Nowlin Stoops (Bryson) of Bloomfield, KY; his grandchildren, Rhett Alan Stoops, Daxton Baker Stoops and Harlan Walker Freeman; his siblings, William H. "Chip" Nowlin, II of Lawrenceburg, Michael Troy Nowlin of Lexington and Christi Renee Adams of Richmond, KY; and his pets, Baylee and Ruger.
