He is survived by: his spouse Keri Crump Paschall; his parents, Debra Jean Hart-Crutcher (Frank) of Dover, TN and Donald Ray Paschall (Sandra) of Paris, TN.; his sister Shannon C. Slaughter (Terry) of Aurora, IN; his nephew Ethan Slaughter (Sarah); and his father-in-law Lester "Wayne" Crump.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
