He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Campbell; and his stepfather Edgar Vincent Halloway Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Roxanna Chrisman Lewis; his father Lawrence Edward Lewis (Linda) of Braselton, GA; his siblings, Lonnie Lewis (Michelle) of Elizabethtown, KY, Daniel Lewis (Kathy) of Big Clifty, KY, Doug Lewis (Cathy) of Irvington, KY and Bethany McKinney of Fredericksburg, VA; and his hunting buddy Charlie Hicks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
