He is survived by: his wife Rose Forte Hensley; his parents, Gary Wayne and Janet Kircher Hensley of Richmond, IN.; his children, Nicolas Hensley and Sophia Hensley; his siblings, Jessica Hensley, Carl Hensley and Samantha Kast (Micah); his nieces and nephews, Greyson, Marlowe Kast and Ayla Dunaway; his grandfather Wayne Hensley; and his in-laws, Arnold and Cristina Forte. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
