He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Dunn, Jill Sizemore (Jim) and Ellie Kitchen; his sisters, Brenda Kitchen and Marilyn Kitchen; his grandchildren, Allie Dunn (Nic), Briana Coleman (Jared), Austin Litteral (Hayley), Kinston Coleman (Anastasia), Blake Coleman, Johnny Whitfield and Chelsea Vannarsdall; and his great grandchildren, Logan Coleman, Kailianna McGowan and Alice Bushey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
