He was predeceased by: his parent Leon "Lee"; his former wife Carole Green; his daughter Angie Green; and his brother Ed Green. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Porter Green; his parent Faye Jacoby Green; his children, Elissa O. Porter, Emily E. Porter, Wiley Porter, Jenny Rodocker, Jamie Green, John O. and Danny Green; and his brother Joe Green. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
