He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Curtiss and Dorothy Curtiss (Mays); and his siblings, Judy Hall, Michael Curtiss and Patrick Curtiss.
He is survived by: his wife Carolynne Curtiss (Watts); his daughters, Cathy Reveal (Steve), Debbie Harmon (Todd) and Joanna Welch (Billy); his grandchildren, Trey Reveal, Kaitlyn Reveal Shanks (Jeremy), Logan Reveal (Sydney), Adrienne Reveal Jones (Hines), Tyler Harmon (Trisha), Tanner Harmon, Cameryn Welch and Cassidy Welch; his sisters, Sandy Fields, Sue McCleese (Dean) and Rhonda Gail Moore (Barry); and his sister-in-law Margaret Curtiss. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass, in Cynthiana, Kentucky, an organization close to John's heart.
