He was predeceased by: his parents, William Raymond and Margaret Joyce Stepp (Childers); and his wife Verla Stepp. He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Angon (Rafael) and Joann Brandenburg (Greg); his grandsons, Cole Brandenburg and Levi Brandenburg; and his siblings, Randall Stepp, James Stepp, Rosemary Borders, Donnajean Cox, Becky Preston and Carol Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
