He is survived by: his spouse Tempa "Connie" Payne; his children, Gaven Payne, Audra Marcum (Gerald) and Leandra Colley; his siblings, Richard Payne, Jamey Payne and Ella Emerson; and his grandchildren, Abbi Marcum and Savannah Marcum.
