He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe E. Kenney and Elizabeth Kenney; and his grandson Michael Gannon. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, James Donald Kenney of Lexington, John Richard Kenney of Lexington, Joni Carol Warren (Charles) of Lebanon and Joe David Kenney (Robin) of Morehead; his grandchildren, James Kenney, Jr., Christopher Kenney, Jennifer Hollis, Timothy Brummett, Mark Warren, Michael Warren, Michael Kenney and Misty Gannon; and his great grandchildren, Ariana, Keira, Aiden, Tyler, Jace, Niomi, Michael and Laryn.
Masonic rites will be observed at 12:45 p. m. All in attendance are strongly encouraged to wear face masks and to observe social distancing.
