He was predeceased by: his father Justin A. Welch; his siblings, Tommy Welch and Justina Welch Hatton; and his wife Carolyn Marshall Welch. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Jones Welch; his children, Justin Welch (Ashley) and Christy Wethington (Blake); his grandchildren, Jamison Taylor, Nora Welch, Chase, Jacob Taylor Crump, Brayden and Brody Johnson; and his brothers, Roger Welch and Robert Keith Welch.
