It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Marie Schweitzer (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Champlain, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Lavalley and Marie Matott Lavalley; and her brother Jerry Lavalley. She is survived by: her children, Keith North (Susan), MaryAnne Burkert (Keith), Dennis North (Sheri), Donald North (Shay) and Rebecca Wright (Beau); her stepchildren, Sheryl Reid (Arnold), Scott Schweitzer and Stuart Schweitzer (Christine); and her siblings, Judy Coryell, Joy St (Justin), Jill Thomas (Dwayne), Jackie Daniels (Mark), James Lavalley, Jon Lavalley, Jeff Lavalley (Brenda) and Joel Lavalley (Jean). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
