He was predeceased by: his parents, James Merdie Woods and Ethel Salyer Woods; and his siblings, Paul Douglas Woods and Wanda Jean Akers (Alvin). He is survived by: his wife Donna Easterling Woods; his children, James "Jamie" Woods (Penny) of Georgetown and Donetta Rogers (Blaine) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Kelsey Woods James (Trace) of Winter Park, Malia Woods of Georgetown, Isaac of Russellville, Haley of Russellville and Maecey Rogers of Russellville; his niece Jan Searing of Florence; and his nephew Mike Akers (Mary) of Scottsville.
