He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Atteberry Emmons; his children, Helen Kathryn Emmons and Stephen Christopher Emmons; his sister Jo Ann Doyle (Jimmy McFarland); his grandchildren, Wil Kelly, John Kelly and Abby Kelly; and his brothers-in-law, Foster Atteberry (Judy) and Bruce Atteberry (Grace). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
