He is survived by: his wife Karen Marshall (Southworth); his children, Jason Johnson (Carrie), Justin Marshall (Kathy) and Kim Greathouse (Joe); his grandchildren, Benjamin Howard Marshall, Brooks Johnson, Katie Johnson, Emma Greathouse, Jeremiah Greathouse and Andrew Bruno; his siblings, Sheila Mefford (Joe), Eddie Marshall (Karen) and Ronnie Marshall (Lacy); and his caregivers, Nikki, Kristen, Shavonna and Jay.
