He is survived by: his children, Mike Henderson (Tammy) and Regina Duncan (Richard); his grandchildren, Lora Martin (Ronnie Martin), Kelsey Duncan (Sammy Whitaker), Daniel Henderson (Bailey Franklin), Phillip Duncan, Kaitlyn Duncan and Natalie Duncan; his great grandchildren, Olivia Martin, Sophia Martin, Zayden Martin and Lucas Duncan; his caregivers, Kandi Johnson and Amanda Caywood; and his pet Kevin.
