She was predeceased by: her father Arvil Phelps; her son William Jefferson Canafax; and her siblings, Phillip Phelps, Evelyn Taylor, Rose Walton, Robert Phelps and Christine Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Allen Canafax, Michael Wayne Canafax, Larry Richard Canafax (Kim), Edith Southworth, Anita Carol Johnson and Raymond Cecil Canafax; her siblings, Arvil Phelps (Linda), Julie Ballard and Elizabeth Robinson (Jimmy); her nephew James Phelps (Beth); and her sister-in-law Jeanette Phelps. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
