He is survived by: his children, George Gaines Kingkade II (Donna), Lori Kingkade, Bryan Scott Kingkade (Christy) and Amie Kingkade LaHue (Chester); his grandchildren, Madison Kingkade (Andres Rodriguez), Christian Kingkade (Hannah Jett), Brooklynn Kingkade (Ricky Ashcraft), Hannah LaHue, Lillie LaHue and Kelsie Wade; and his sisters, Sandra Neal and Ava Jo Gibson. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
