He was predeceased by: his brother Chad Everett Willoughby; and his mother-in-law Dana Joyce Scott (Dawes). He is survived by: his parent Patricia Gay Willoughby (Wethington); his pet Salon (Brook); his wife Brook Willoughby (Scott); his daughters, Kaelynn Willoughby and Leah Willoughby; his pet Macy; his father-in-law Steve Scott (Brenda); his sister Angela Willoughby Sargent (Barry); and his nieces, Beth Sargent and Lindsey Sargent.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Willoughby Twins College Fund, C/O Peoples Exchange Bank, Attention Amy Bennett, 923 South Broadway, Georgetown, Kentucky 40324.
