He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Myers Provorse and Forest Eugene Dunham, Sr.; his son Nathaniel Coyle; and his brother George Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Rutledge Dunham; his children, Bethany Dunham, Sarah Dunham, Forest Trace Dunham, Michael Coyle and Joseph Coyle; his siblings, Maxine Dunham, David Dunham and Mark Dunham; and his grandchildren, Audyn, Paisley Coyle and Kayonna Jones.
