With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flora Belle Phillips in Georgetown, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Phillips; her parents, George Foreman and Betty Lucas Foreman; and her brothers, Bobby Lee Foreman and James Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Phillips Sr. of Cynthiana, Rebecca Forman (Larry) of Lancaster and Barbara Morris (Carl) of Sadieville; her siblings, George William Huntington (Daisy) of Greenville, Texas, Brenda Foreman of Georgetown and Debbie Vickers of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Greg Forman, Brian Forman, Bobbie Gray, Angela Morris and Richard Phillips Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jacob Gray, Savannah Gray, Devin Dunn-Morris, Alexandria Morris, Parker Morris, Katie Belle Phillips, Daniel Forman, Kevin Forman, Charlie Foreman, Ella Forman, Zachariah Forman, Ethan Forman and Lowell Forman; and her great great grandchildren, Grace Gray and Paisley Gray.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home (320 W Main St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
