She is survived by: her husband Eddie Moody; her sister Linda Bailey (Ricky) of Frankfort, KY.; her children, Greg Langan, Debi Guffey (Joe) and Marcia Ward (Kevin); her stepchildren, Marydyth Costigan (John) and Russell T. Moody of Pooler, GA.; her grandchildren, April Lancaster, Britney Moss (Clay), Hailey Ward, Shelby Langan and Brennan Costigan; her great grandchild Jax Moss; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Pulliam (Larry), Joel Moody (Dee) and Larry Moody (Diane).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
