He is survived by: his wife Connie Bowen Tackett; his children, Lloyd Tackett, Janet Felts and Tim Tackett; his adoptive daughter Jeanette Franklin (James) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Jeff Sinkhorn (Kristi) of Georgetown, Laryssa McConnaughhay (Ross) of Georgetown and Kerri Turner (Shawn) of Georgetown; and his brother Macy Tackett (Bernice) of Georgetown.
